Our names are Carmen and Jennifer. Carmen has been an Executive Chef for 30 years. He grew up in his family’s restaurant under his father’s tutelage and learned everything from washing dishes to managing inventory. His father’s passion for food, family, and friends inspired Carmen to continue in his footsteps. Carmen’s experience and exposure to great mentors has given him expertise in cooking a wide variety of dishes. He is innovative in his recipes, and you’ll be amazed and delighted by the deliciousness you’ll experience in his food! He loves his job, and you can taste it in each bite!

Jennifer is Mother Food Trucker! She is also Carmen’s right-hand woman, business partner, best friend, biggest supporter, and wife. She takes care of the website, scheduling, financials, and assists on the truck. Jen and Carmen are a dynamic duo. They bring an atmosphere like no other.

Papa Sal’s Kitchen is the name of the truck. It is a way to continue Carmen’s father’s legacy of sharing amazing food prepared with love and passion for food with family and friends. You’ll always have a seat at our table!
